We do not sell or rent your personal information. All payment data is processed securely through our third-party providers. Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by Mosaic Brewing’s terms of use. This includes appropriate conduct when interacting with our digital platforms, respecting the intellectual property of Mosaic Brewing, and adhering to purchase and age restrictions related to alcohol sales. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for food, beverage, or public event ticket purchases unless otherwise stated.
Event Bookings: Cancellations for private event bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7–13 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 days of the event are non-refundable.
Merchandise: We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact bart@mosaictremont.com with your order details.
Fulfillment and Shipping Policy
At this time, Mosaic Brewing offers shipping on apparel only. All items are shipped via USPS with a flat shipping rate of $5.00 USD per order. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Merchandise can also be picked up in person during normal business hours at 2070 W 7th St, Cleveland, OH 44113, once coordinated with our General Manager. If an order is not picked up within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order, minus any applicable fees. All purchases made through our website for on-site services, digital memberships (e.g. The Founding Mosaic Club), and events will not be shipped as these are classified as membership and service fees.
